That was easy! Now is the fun part, look at your answers to determine your results! Mostly A’s – Tincture:  Using a tincture gives you the ability to accurately dose, and experiment with dosing, without having to wait too long to feel effects. It is often recommended that people new to CBD start with a tincture. It is the most concentrated forms of CBD allowing for one of the most pure experiences. Because you will be absorbing the CBD sublingually, you will feel its effects throughout the body, but will need to wait up to a half an hour. Mostly B’s – Topical:  A topical allows you to target a specific area, and is often chosen because of its pain relieving and anti-inflammatory properties. Applying CBD topically can help with muscle pains, skin rashes and dryness. The effects with topical CBD products can be felt usually within 5-20 minutes of application. Mostly C’s – Edibles:  Ingesting CBD is perhaps one of the most convenient ways to get CBD in the body. It’s as simple as snacking! Edibles can take up to an hour to feel the effects, but will last longer in your system than other methods. There are candies, teas, gel caps, and honey, among other products to choose from. Most edibles are packaged in a way that makes dosing easy, and allows you to at least have a good idea of how much CBD you’re consuming. Mostly D’s – Flower:  Smoking CBD flower allows for the most immediate effects, however is one of the more inconvenient methods. It’s often seen as a recreational method, and is difficult to approximate the dosing. CBD flower appeals largely to people who are already smokers, or were smokers in the past. It’s a great way to transition out of smoking other herbs, if that’s what you desire. This quiz is not intended to be the deciding factor about which CBD product is best for you. It is, however, meant to help you think about what CBD can do for you, and how you might benefit, and enjoy it, the most. The only way to know for sure is to try!
