MENOS comes from the Greek word for inner strength, presence, and vitality—not force, but endurance. It’s the quiet strength that remains when you stop pushing. Inspired by Scandinavian simplicity, Mediterranean wisdom, and modern nervous system science, MENOS invites you to live—and care for
yourself—more slowly, more intentionally, and more honestly.
You don’t need another routine.
You need space to breathe.
Join MENOS to explore a gentler way of living in your body—through ritual,
reflection, and nervous system–led care.

I’m Sarah, the founder of MĒNOS. A ritual-led approach to skin, nervous
system care, and intentional living.
Before MĒNOS, I founded MĀSK Skincare, a hemp-derived clean
skincare brand that grew nationwide. Building MĀSK gave me years of
hands-on experience formulating products and working closely with women navigating sensitive skin, stress, inflammation, and burnout. Over time, one truth became clear: skin does not exist in isolation. It reflects what’s
happening within the nervous system and the inner world.
My work is shaped by my background in holistic wellness coaching,
advanced natural skincare formulation, and meditation. I approach skin not
as something to fix, but as something to listen to. I believe true beauty
begins with safety, regulation, and presence in the body.
I was raised between the mountains of Norway and the saltwater traditions
of Greece, where nature, simplicity, and seasonal rhythm were part of
everyday life. Those early influences continue to guide my work, alongside
modern nervous system science and my lived experience in clean beauty
and wellness.
MĒNOS emerged not as a rebrand, but as an evolution. An expansion of
what skincare and wellness can be when they’re approached holistically.
