WHAT IS A STANDARD FACIAL PROTOCOL?
Treatment Length: 60 minutes
Skin Types: Customizable – Suitable for sensitive, acne-prone, dry, dull, or aging skin
Double Cleanse (10 minutes)
Apply Balm Cleanser with dry hands to dry face. Perform a lymphatic drainage massage while breaking down makeup, sunscreen, and buildup.
Use a gentle herbal cleanser (can be added to protocol) for a deeper clean, if needed.
Skin Analysis Under Mag Lamp
Evaluate skin post-cleanse to determine which serum and mask combination will best suit the client’s needs.
4. Exfoliation / Enzyme Activation
If needed, use a light enzyme exfoliant or ultrasonic spatula. Not necessary if skin is compromised.
5. Serum Infusion
Choose 1–2 serums based on client’s needs:
→ for firming, dullness, fine lines
→ for dehydrated, sensitized, or uneven skin
→ for inflamed, congested, or acne-prone skin
Apply serum(s) and use ultrasonic infusion, LED, or massage for better penetration.
6. Sheet Mask + Eye Patches
Apply chosen MASK Sheet Mask:
– for brightening, firming, and rejuvenation
– for hydration and glow
– for balancing, clarifying, and calming
Place Under Eye Patches underneath.
Optional: Use a gua sha or chilled facial globes over mask.
7. Massage
Once mask is removed, perform a face, neck, and décolleté massage using remaining serum or a few drops of Body Oil. This oil is ideal for calming and sealing in hydration.
8. Moisturize & Seal
Apply Skin Renewal Oil to face and neck. Gently press in with fingertips to lock in hydration and finish with a sense of grounded calm.
9. SPF
Complete with SPF application. Recommend a mineral-based sunscreen.
Retail Suggestion:
At the end of the treatment, recommend the client’s customized at-home trio (e.g., serum + oil + mask) and share the benefits of continuing their ritual at home.
ARE ALL MASKS SAFE TO USE WITH MICROCURRENT?
ARE ALL MASKS SAFE TO USE WITH MICROCURRENT?
Performing microcurrent with a sheet mask can enhance the effects of both the mask and the treatment, as it helps infuse the active ingredients deeper into the skin while toning and lifting. See our protocol here.
WILL LED LIGHTS INCREASE THE EFFECT OF THE INGREDIENTS?
WILL LED LIGHTS INCREASE THE EFFECT OF THE INGREDIENTS?
Yes, LED light therapy can significantly boost the effectiveness of a sheet mask. Combining LED light with a sheet mask enhances the absorption of active ingredients while delivering additional skin benefits. LED light helps to stimulate the skin, increasing circulation and opening up pathways, which can enhance the absorption of the active ingredients in the sheet mask, allowing them to penetrate deeper into the skin.
CAN LED LIGHTS BE USED WITH BOTH THE MASK AND THE SERUM?
CAN LED LIGHTS BE USED WITH BOTH THE MASK AND THE SERUM?
Depending on the color of the LED light used, you can target specific skin concerns alongside the benefits of the sheet mask:
- Red Light: Stimulates collagen production, reduces inflammation, and promotes healing—ideal for anti-aging and firming sheet masks.
- Blue Light: Targets acne-causing bacteria and reduces breakouts, making it perfect for sheet masks aimed at calming and clarifying.
- Green Light: Helps with pigmentation and brightening, complementing masks formulated for an even skin tone.
- Yellow Light: Improves lymphatic flow and circulation, enhancing skin detoxification and supporting hydration.
HOW TO INCORPORATE WITH HYDRAFACIAL?
HOW TO INCORPORATE WITH HYDRAFACIAL?
- The mask is an excellent finishing touch to a Hydrafacial—especially for any clients who may experience erythema.
- MASK serums can be added to your liquid of choice during treatment, or the sheet mask can be used after, as a compliment, or to reduce erythema.

HOW CAN YOU MAKE A SUCCESSFUL FACIAL?
HOW CAN YOU MAKE A SUCCESSFUL FACIAL?
A great facial starts with identifying the individual needs of your client and determining which MĀSK products they might benefit the most from (see example protocol here), but don’t be afraid to use more than one formulation!) Serums can be mixed with your favorite products for cleansing, exfoliation, and massage, followed by the sheet mask application and finally, finish off with Stick.
