All products will go out between 3-4 business days, this does not include weekends or holidays. Estimated arrival time is dependent on shipping method and where you are located in the country. We are not responsible for delayed shipping time via our carriers.

WHAT IF I WANT TO RETURN SOMETHING?
All sales are final unless the packaging is damaged.

WHAT IF I HAVE AN ALLERGIC REACTION?
We always advise to read carefully through the ingredient list before purchasing our products. If you do get an allergic reaction, please reach out to our customer service at info@maskskincare.com

MY ORDER ARRIVED WITH DAMAGED PACKAGE / MISSING ITEM?
Please send a picture to info@maskskincare.com and we will send the missing item or replace the damaged one.

I HAVE A SPECIAL REQUEST FOR MY ORDER/DELIVERY. CAN YOU HELP?
There is a “special requests” form tab in your checkout window. Please provide us with instructions and we will do our best to meet your requirements.

WHAT IF I PURCHASED A PRODUCT FROM A VENDOR?
Please return the item to them vendor and they will contact us directly. We do not replace items that were not purchased directly from our online store.
